Who we help?

Mlang Surrogacy has been helping all types of intended parents build their families through surrogacy and egg donation.

Since 2010, we have helped parents and surrogates bring over 1,887 babies into the world.

Our intended parents are mainly from the following countries or regions: China, United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Greece, Canada.

Heterosexual Intended Parents

Heterosexual individuals and couples may choose surrogacy and egg donation for a variety of reasons, They usually use the following IVF treatments, egg donation, or surrogacy options.

  • PGS/PGT-A; The embryos are created from their own sperm and eggs, screened through PGS/PGT-A, then transferred to the intended mother.
  • Egg Donation; The embryo is created using the egg donor's eggs and the intended father's sperm, then transferred to the intended mother.
  • Sperm Donation; The embryo is created using the intended mother's eggs and a sperm donor's sperm/sperm bank, then transferred to the surrogate ;
  • Surrogacy; Gestational surrogacy, the embryo is created using the intended parents' eggs and sperm. then transferred to the surrogate.
  • Egg Donation+Surrogacy; The embryo is created using an egg donor's eggs and the intended father's sperm, and then transferred to the surrogate.

LGBTQ+ Intended Parents

Surrogacy for Single male or Gay couples

  • Traditional surrogacy uses intrauterine insemination (IUI) to artificially inseminate the surrogate mother using the intended father’s sperm. IUI is less complicated, less expensive and involves fewer medical procedures than IVF, and this process can be repeated several times until a pregnancy is achieved.
  • Egg Donation+Gestational surrogacy, for gay couples, they can choose the same egg donor, then use the sperm from both partners and the egg donor's eggs for split fertilization, and then use the same or two surrogate mothers to transfer the embryos together or individually.

Reciprocal IVF for Lesbian Couples

In this LBGTQ+ fertility treatment, one partner provides the eggs, use sperm bank/a sperm donor, while the other partner carries the baby to term, This is a great solution for many couples because it allows both women to be physically involved in the pregnancy, which can facilitate feelings of emotional connection and direct involvement in the pregnancy.

International Intended Parents

MLang Surrogacy helps intended parents from different countries build families through international surrogacy. In fact, we have surrogates from the United States, Canada, the Philippines, and Taiwan. Intended parents can choose different countries surrogates based on their requirements.

U.S. Surrogacy: Among intended parents seeking U.S. surrogacy through MLang Surrogacy, 30% are from China, and 20% are Asian individuals or couples from around the world.

Surrogacy in Canada: Canada is currently considered one of the most advanced countries in terms of legal recognition of the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals. So many same-sex couples, especially gay couples, will choose to go to Canada for surrogacy.

Filipino Surrogate Mother: Filipino surrogates are the top choice for intended parents seeking an affordable surrogacy option.

  • Embryo transportation: If you already have frozen embryos, You can transport the embryo to a fertility clinic in the Philippines and transfer it to a Filipino surrogate mother.
  • No frozen embryos: If you do not yet have frozen embryos and need to create embryos at a clinic in Thailand, the Filipino surrogate mother will travel there to complete the embryo implantation. She typically needs to stay in Thailand for 10–12 days.

HIV Intended Parents

Men who are HIV positive can safely realize their dream of parenthood through surrogacy with MLang Surrogacy.
"Can I participate in In vitro fertilization treatment (IVF) if I'm HIV positive, and will my children carry the disease?
Yes, advanced fertility technology enables couples and individuals who are living with HIV to undergo IVF and conceive perfectly healthy children.
Sperm washing’ is offered in the USA, Canada and Thailand. Intended Parents fly to the Fertility Clinic and undergo specific tests before the sperm washing procedure commences. After the testing phase is completed, the sperm washing is carried out as part of the Special Program of Assisted Reproduction (SPAR) Plan. In May 2017, after reviewing reports on 11,500 assisted conception cycles that used the sperm washing technique, during which no woman or offspring contracted HIV, the US Government’s Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) determined the process was safe enough to endorse.

Many parents have had multiple failed IVF attempt or repeated embryo implantation failure.

You may have been told many reasons, but it is also possible that you simply chose the wrong option, such as you should have used an egg donor but you mistakenly chose to use a surrogate mother, you should consider PGS but you didn't.

Mlang Surrogacy has rich experience in this and can give you guidance in addition to your doctor.
