From your application to become an egg donor, to matching, and to completion of egg retrieval, it will take 2-3 months at the earliest.

At Mlang Surrogacy, we offer our egg donors some of the highest compensation in the field. Compensation offered for first-time egg donors starts between $8,000-$10,000 and increases with higher qualifications and subsequent donation.

What qualifications may affect egg donor compensation?

In fact, some specific qualifications will let the egg donor receive higher compensation, such as:

  • Educational level (such as an advanced degree or harvard and Ivy League);
  • Age;
  • Highter;
  • Physical Appearance;
  • Personal achievements & talents;
  • Family history;
  • Special awards;
  • Egg donation experience.

Egg donor qualification requirements

In order to become an egg donor with us, you must be:

  1. Between the age of 19 to 30;
  2. Be in good health, physically and emotionally;
  3. Have a BMI between 19 and 25 (being overweight or underweight can affect egg quality);
  4. A non-smoker;
  5. Have regular monthly menstrual cycles;
  6. Not currently on Depo-Provera, Norplant, Nexplanon, or any brand of a hormonal IUD;
  7. Willing to give yourself injectable medication;
  8. Have no history of drug use (urine toxicology tests will be completed during the egg donor screening process);
  9. Be willing to commit to being listed with the agency as an Available Donor for a minimum of six months
    We require that egg donors complete no more than six donations in their lifetime, which is in adherence with egg donation
    guidelines set forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
